Biography Mr HO is a professional building surveyor. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Building Surveying and a Master Degree in Public Administration. He has been working in the Buildings Department for almost 30 years and is well experienced in building control for both new developments and existing buildings in Hong Kong.
